Audio is a powerful tool for capturing experience and expression by giving context and meaning to the past.

Naturally occurring conversations can be an invaluable source or data. Feelings and non-linguistic information can also help transform a story providing making it even more valuable.

Recorded interviews give a voice to a wide range of perspectives and viewpoints on our local community. It is built around people and a relationships that widens the scope of understanding between race, gender and generations. It reveals the identity of a specific period and personality as well as a collective shape of a community’s view of itself.
